This is who I am

I've talked about traditional and heritage from time to time. I tend to focus on the Japanese aspects more because they are not as common as the English traditions. It's the little things, like being able to purchase homemade sushi, that mean something to me. The European stuff is easy to find everywhere. Traditional Japanese, not the fancy stuff you get in high ended restaurant, is difficult to find.

It was also damn tasty.
