Heroes - new favourite?

So everyone here in Canada got to see the new Heroes a day early, and let me tell you - it was great. This episode was so good that it might (and I MIGHT) have taken the crown from Veronica Mars in my heart of hearts. I don't know... Veronica Mars hasn't been great this season. It's been good, but not great. I think a lot these shows have great first seasons and then the writers run out of things to say. It's like Twin Peaks all over again. Or the OC.

I really have no life and I'll keep talking about television.

Oh, and there's nothing sadder than a man crying in front of another man for no real reason or without explaining it. I don't know if that makes me insensitive or something, but it's just how I feel (for the record, men can cry in front of their woman, but I've been told that's not very manly either... ah... I mean my friend tells me that).

I find watching men cry particularly devastating. I guess because our cultural discourses are all about men not showing emotions and stuff, so when you see a guy crying, it's just that much more potent.

My boy makes me cry when he cries. :(

Okay hold fire dude, we were just talking about that show. And Its only just started in NZ i caught the forth episode. The cheerleader chick sucks, the I can fly guy is just annoying (you know the politicians brother) but the Japanease 'Yataaaaa' guy with the Katana sword now thats freaking cooler than cool. One of the only tv shows I take the time out for.
