Okay, it really isn't the first day of summer, but it certainly is the first day of my new job as a janitor. Aside from the fact that my body aches a bit I think that this will be a fine job for three months. I don't know if I could handle much more than that, but three months is just enough time to not get tired of it. Okay, I'll probably still get tired of it. I'm just being positive. Or trying to be positive.
I did, however, get to see something pretty awesome. The school is currently holding their student election, and this means there are posters all over the halls. One girl has all these posters with celebrities and then she writes a sentence describing how she's different from them. It think it's ironic and it works. I would vote for her for social rep. For example, under a picture of Jessica Simpson she wrote, "... knows the difference between tuna and chicken." Under a picture of Mats Sundin (captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs) she wrote, "... won't let you down." K-Fed= "... knows how to work hard." I'll have to write more down tomorrow. They're pretty good. I forgot how creative high school students can be. They haven't had their souls crushed yet.
