All good naysyers, speak up! or forever hold you peace

I have spent most of my life trying to ignore three bands: Pearl Jam, Tool, and Radiohead. For the last couple of years this has been easy since all three bands have not release popular albums and have remind very quiet. Sadly, that time is coming to an end because all three bands have or are releasing new albums over the next few months. Now, I'm not saying I hate these bands and their fans; I just don't find their music interesting at all. I'd even go so far as to say I'm bored by these bands. Maybe it's because they have been too many really, really crappy bands that tried to be them and failed. Maybe it's because in high school all the people I really didn't like every much seemed to enjoy these bands (I have not included Phish in this list because I actually have a dispassionate hatred for that band. Fuckin' hippie/yuppie jam bands). Or maybe I'm a snob. In any event, I don't like these bands. Please don't try to convince me otherwise. I know that in the history of rock n' roll these bands will be the ones remember and the bands I really like will be forgotten.

And yes, I own albums by all three.
