Okay, who loved The Dismemberment Plan? I know I did. Well, they have this song called The Ice of Boston. It's a good song. Not their best, but good. What has always stuck with me about the song is a reference to a Gladis Knight and the Pips song*. Well, the song he's referring to is Midnight Train to Georgia. I have to agree with the D-Plan on this one. I love Gladis girl, but you've got to get a life. And you should stop listening to those Pips. You're a strong woman.
I disagree with the D-Plan about pouring alcohol all over your naked body while standing in front of a window facing a crowd of drunks. That just isn't my idea of a good time. I would laugh if I ever saw anyone doing that. I would then make sure they didn't have any firearms in the house, but that's just me.
*I woke up at 3am with the radio on, that Gladis Knight and the Pips song on about how she rather in his world with him rather live her world alone. And I lay there, head spinning, trying to fall asleep and I thought to myself, "Oh Gladis girl, I love you but oh, get a life!"
