Everything sounds better on headphones

I've made a bet with a friend of mine. Basically, the bet is to see how long I can go without ranting about anything on my blog or in real life. This is a challenge that I've accepted. The terms of the bet haven't been totally set yet, but for this point forward I will not rant. Now, I cannot be the judge what is a rant or not, so it's up to you, whomever you are, to call me on it. Whether in person or on the blog, you've got to call me on my ranting. If a third party, basically anyone except the person I've made the bet with, deems what I've said to be a rant, I've lost the bet.

Oh, the dictionary defines "rant" as to "use bombastic language; delcaim, recite theatrically; preach noisily." This definition is from a 1934 1st edition of the Oxford Pocket Dictionary. It's probably better to go with this defition: "to talk in a loud, wild, extravagant way; to declaim violently; to rave." And just so everyone knows, dictionary.com's definition is pretty much the same except it uses more updated words to explain. bombastic... I've got to remember that.
