I don't have many "rare" MP3, but I do have this little gem by Mary Lou Lord called His N.D. World. It's a play on her song His Indie World except changing all the Indie rock reference to alt-country, or No Depression, references. It's a live recording and it's awesome. Mary Lou Lord is one of those artists I found by accident one day and then found out who she was. She was a friend of Elliott Smith and was Kurt Cobain's girlfriend before Courtney Love. That's impressive company only made all the more impressive beacuse she's awesome. One of my goals in life is go to Boston and see her busk. One day... just you wait and see.
