Over Yonder Hills
About two months ago, I joined an outdoor club. This mostly involves going on evening hikes about once a week. Today I tried Ultimate Freebie, which basically meant I was running around outside in the cold for two hours this morning. I haven't done something like that in a while. Last Saturday, I spent the day outside reacting a "zombie apocalypse" which meant running around in the woods in what could be best described as "ice cold misting". I'm trying to find ways to get active that I find interesting. I have little desire to go a gym, nor do I really want to get into any kind of competitive sports. And running... yeah, don't feel like that. I'm not looking to get fit, but rather just getting active. After all, if the zombie apocalypse does happen I should be able to get out of the city.
