It's well documented (maybe not on this blog but in my personal life I've said, on many occasions, that Heartbreaker is one of my all-time favourite albums) my love for Mr. Mandy Moore, a.k.a. Ryan Adams. What's less documented is my new found interest in the music of Ms. Norah Jones. I think it started with Danger Mouse's Rome album from a couple of years ago, but ever since I've been keen on Ms. Jones. Then I remember I absolutely LOVED her duet with Adams on his Jacksonville City Nights album from that year he released 3 albums (I've decided against adding links to this post for some reason). So I was surprised when I found an interview with Jones and Adams discussing how the song came to be. A quick Wikipedia search later, I discovered ...Featuring, an album consisting only of Norah Jones' guest spots of various artists albums (and some of her side projects). Come Away With Me got over played when it was released, especially at art house theatres and snobby coffee shops, but now I can re-discover the album without prejudice. BitTorrent here I come.
