Should I Stay or Should I Go?

My sister and her boyfriend just bought a condo, which means their apartment is available. It's cheaper than mine and it's got more amenities. It's farther away from work (still only a streetcar ride away) but it's closer to downtown. So now I've got to decide whether to move or not. I hate moving. It sucks but a bigger apartment and a dishwasher could make it worth it. UFC and I have to make a decision.
