Meat

I really don't know how to cook meat. I can cook lots of vegetables and seafood, but chicken, pork or beef are just beyond my knowledge. And since I'm the only person in my household who eats meat, there's very little opportunity to do so. I'm pretty sure I just ate some undercooked meat so if this is my last post, I love you all and will see you on the other side.
