I promise that I would explain what the track. It's what some have called "found" music. I got it from Fluxblog, a really good MP3 blog. From what I can tell, they got it off WFMU's Audio Kitchen, who produced a compilation of Found Music. Seems that this file has been floating around since the Napster days.
From what I can tell it's a statement of love from Amy to Caroline. Other people have questioned whether or not these girls are lovers, and I questioned it as well, but I do believe that Amy is really into Caroline, regardless of sexuality. I see almost as one of those relationships you have in the first year or two of college, where you somehow get sucked into the other person until you really don't have a personality outside of your obsession with them. Now, I realize that this doesn't happen to everyone but it really feels like Amy is trying to convey that feeling. This seems like a honest statement of attraction from one person to another one. Also, Amy is really aggressive and I'd be a little sacred to get this if I didn't know her really well.
So, those are basically my feelings about the song. I also just think it's REALLY AWESOME.
