tuesday's on the phone to me

People, for the record, I've got say this so there's no confusion: letting me drink and then letting me talk about music a BAD IDEA. For example, last night this guy from my class invites me out for drinks after class. I accept and we're on our merry way. Said classmate's girlfriend shows up along with some of her friends. General merriment continues until just before last call. It's right around this time, when ryan is on his seventh or ninth beer, that someone, probably our hero ryansenseless, brings up topic of country music. Someone else says the Toby Keith and Tim McGraw are hot (not good, keep in mind). Ryan counters with McGraw's absolutely horrible cover of Ryan Adams' When the Stars Go Blue....

There was yelling. Peanut shells were thrown. Then there was laughter so everything is fine.

Moral of the story: when meeting people for the first, avoid topics that could end in shouting matches.

Thank you and good night.

No no I got it now, try being drunk and meeting your friends next girl friend, thinking that she was his previous girlfriend (I was pretty toasted, and hey she looked pretty similar), and saying "(last girlfriends name here) I'm glad your back together, (current girlfriends name here) looked like an aweful bitch" que a strange buzzing silence as I realised my mistake.
