These railroad tracks lead to Ford & GM factories, which both have recently announced major cutbacks. Windsor has felt these cutbacks. The economy isn't doing too well here and local businesses are really feeling it, especially the cab companies. There are currently three cab companies in Windsor but by the end of the year there might only be one. I know most of the information because cab drivers are very talkative very early in the morning.
