I'm glad I've got a good horse

People are starting to feel a disconnection from others. It's a trend in modern society. Everytime I turn around someone else is telling me a story about how some simple act of kindness was distorted into something slightly odd. I think this is all due to loneliness. Everyone wants to feel a "real" connection but I'm seriously starting to believe that it doesn't exist. There's too much mediation in the air. A human touch, like Springsteen says, is everything we need.

Note to self: stop talking about the evils of modern forms of communication on your blog. You just sound like an idiot.

I'm not actually saying anything except that I know there's something wrong with the picture I'm drawing. I'll figure it out someday soon.

oh, and there about four different song references in that post. I'm glad I included those.

Hmm, you know, we were dicussing semiotics and naming in one of my classes the other day. Made me think of you.

And I'm embarrassed to say that I got not one of the song references!
