Out of here yesterday

I waited until yesterday to go spend all the money I'd made from working overtime during the holidays. I was lucky that certain stores still had some of their boxing week sales on. For example, I was able to get a deal on a AA battery charger, which is what I wanted because now I don't have to spend tons of cash on batteries (also it's better the envirnoment).

I ended up spending quite a bit of money on books because I've come to realize that I don't read enough... or I buy books that I read the first chapter and then never read it again. I fear that one of my purchases,
The Pleasure of Hating by William Hazlitt, may fall into that category. It was only ten dollars and it has one of the best quotes on the front:

Love turns, with littler indulgence, to indifference or disgust; hatred alone is immortal.

Fantastic. Anyway, I'm going to listen to my legal copy of Sufjan Steven's Come On Feel the Illinoise (it was the only record I could find at the local record store that I wanted).
