Watching the same movie over and over again

I was watching School Of Rock today for the seventh time (it's on the movie networks and there isn't a lot on in the early afternoon) and for the first time I actually read the credits. Here's the one that stood out to me:

Music Consultant: Jim O'Rourke, Karen Waltuch, Nathan Larson

Wait... is that Jim O'Rourke, the famous musician/producer, and Nathan Larson of Built to Spill fame? And while looking through the linear notes of Wilco's A Ghost Is Born, I noticed that Karen Waltuch played on the record. These are the people that Richard Linklater hires as music consultants? Hmm... And then you look at who wrote the original songs: Warren Fitzgerald of the Vandals! No wonder this movie rocked.

Nina Persson & Nathan Larson - The Bluest Eyes In Texas
The Vandals - I Have A Date
Wilco - Company In My Back
School Of Rock - School of Rock

The Vandals' song is a cover, not an original so it's not a good example of Fitzgerald's songwriting ability.
