Okay, I went to a Metis Arts Festival today. I wasn't expecting anything special. It was just something to do to pass the time. It was raining before I got there, but it had stop just as I got out of the car. Anyway, there was this old Metis guy displaying some stone tools and demonstrating how to begin the process. He was incredibly interesting. I stood there with my friend for almost forty-five minutes while he just talked and showed people how to create stone tools. Even though different people came by, he never repeated himself. He just went with the flow. I learned so much just listening to him. It was great. Worth the price of admission just for that (which was steep even with one dollar student discount). Everything else was just your usual fare.

It was at York University. It was only for the weekend. That's probably why you haven't heard of it.
