the truth is in the details

So, today I checked out the Spider-Man web comicbook. Wow, I'm impressed by the level of talent they put on this book. I mean, an Internet comic sounds kind of weird, and when Marvel does these types of project ("movie" comicbooks) they tend of suck hardcore. To see this done correctly is very interesting. The only problem is they're re-telling the story of Spider-Man of the million-th time. I mean, what self-respecting comicbook geek doesn't know the origin story of Spider-Man (I'd also rank Batman, Superman, Fantastic Four, and X-Men up there too)? Anyway, There's about five parts there to read and I think it's well done. So head over to marvel.com if you want to enjoy the comic glory. (side note: There's a X-men one coming out soon. Again, I'm skeptical about it, just like I was about the movie. Hey, I saw The Punisher, Captain America, Superman, Batman and ill-fated Spider-Man movies. I think I've got good reason to be worried. But in my opinion, the X-Men movie wasn't half bad. There was room for improvement, but much better than The Punisher movie).
